The Flow collection of BarrierBack™ carpet tiles is comprised of four fresh designs across a blend of blue and grey colorways. The free movement of water across a landscape inspires the textural patterns found in these designs. Available in four beautiful colourways, Flow BarrierBack™ carpet tiles are designed for aesthetic and acoustic versatility.
The Elevate collection of BarrierBack™ carpet tiles is comprised of biophilic-inspired designs across four fresh colourways. The Earth is undulating, starting with the depth of the ocean trench, moving up to the ground level of the dense hinterland, and then all the way up to the mountain summit. From here, you have the view of the land below. From a birds-eye view, the troughs and peaks of the earth forge unique environments; Plateau, Summit, Hinterland and Ocean Foam, with colours and movement inspired by the geography of the land.
The Argentium collection of BarrierBack™ carpet tiles is comprised of three unique tile patterns; a base charcoal grey stripe, four complementary solid bright colours and four accent highlight tiles. The name Argentium means silver alloy, relating to the silvery tones found in the aptly named base tile ‘Silver Beam’. ‘Emerald’, ‘Sapphire’, ‘Copper’ and ‘Ruby’ provide a conduit accent tile between Silver Beam and the solid highlight tiles. The solid colour contrast of ‘Emerald Solid’, ‘Sapphire Solid’, ‘Copper Solid’ and ‘Ruby Solid’ break up the greys of Silver Beam and add flair and colour pops.
The Satellite collection of BarrierBack™ carpet tiles is comprised of five colorways each featuring a plain, tonal dark stipple, characteristic of a distant view of space. These dark tones are broken by subtle lines, inspired by orbit lines of major satellites as they would appear on a map of space.
The Monitor collection was inspired by the clean and elegant lines of the design studio itself. Minimalistic workstations with wide screen monitors sit idle late at night. Power-saving mode leaves the screen glowing a dull charcoal while brightly coloured data cables punctuate the lifeless office with a sense of the energy that will fill the room in the morning. This is where we found the inspiration for the Monitor collection design; in the stillness of anticipation.
Empedocles described the classical world as consisting of four elements: water, wind, fire and earth. Our ears recognise the crackle and roar of fire, the whistle and bluster of wind and the crash and splash of water but the earth is quiet. Mighty rocks and towering mountains stand silent for a thousand years. The wind may whistle around them, waves may crash on them but they stand tall and silent. The earth remains quiet.
Dark and light tufting moving in rhythmic but random harmony expressing the essence of life in a way that is universally embraced. Latin dance is the inspiration of this ubiquitous floor covering. It can be used in so many different applications with stunning results. An elegant but neutral expression of polytonal design. Latin dance is an expression of life. It is all about moving to the rhythm of life. But to move to the rhythm of life, you have to hear it. Stop. Be still. Hear your heart.
Available in eighteen beautiful colourways, Palette carpet tiles are designed specifically to provide the architect or designer with an artist’s palette of vibrant colours to design a space with eye-catching aesthetics. At the same time, the Palette range delivers superior acoustic performance to that of similar floor coverings, allowing a space to be designed for the ears as well as the eyes.
It was thinking about opening up the “universe” of opportunity that inspired the design and naming of Satellite. The plain stipple of tonal dark colours of the Satellite range is characteristic of a distant view of space. These dark tones are broken by subtle lines, inspired by orbit lines of major satellites as they would appear on a map of space.
