Within the revitalization of the old industrial sectors of Adelaide is a reclaimed bakery, now a hip urban village tower — the West Franklin Apartments. Marrying historic red-brick walls with modern glass and metals, the modernist remaking required some acoustic planning to assure a high standard of livability.
