Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) are a summary of a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) report written to specific international standards. A LCA is a systematic analysis of the environmental impact of a product, material, or process over its entire life cycle.

This means that a LCA evaluates the raw material, sourcing, packaging, energy use, waste treatment and transportation recovery systems used to create a product up until the point it is dispatched from the factory.  

The Global GreenTag’s EN 15804 EPDs can show how our product can contribute to credits under international green building standards such as Green Star IS, LEED®, BREEAM®, and BREEAM International® with product-specific evidence needed to model a building Lifecycle Assessment.
